An invitation to remember
Sekhem All-Love
An invitation to remember who and what you are.
A path of meditation, breath, consciousness and heart awakening — approached not through belief, but through direct experience.
Sekhem
Sekhem is not simply something to believe in.It is something to experience.
Descriptions can only point. In practice, the work is quiet and ordinary: sitting, breathing, listening, staying present a little longer than usual. What opens differs from person to person, and no one's experience is the measure of anyone else's.
The experience
Stillness, sound, warmth — and something that feels like recognition
People describe the experience differently: a settling of the body, a widening of attention, subtle inner sound, unexpected emotion, a sense of light or warmth in the chest. Some notice very little at first. Both are welcome.
Sekhem All-Love is an experiential spiritual practice. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and no particular outcome is promised.
What is Sekhem?
The four bodies
One life, met through four doorways
Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual — a map for attention rather than a claim about anatomy. Touch a ring to explore it.
The body that breathes, aches, rests and knows.
Practice begins where you already are: in sensation, posture, tiredness, warmth. Nothing is bypassed. Attention returns to the body again and again, not to fix it, but to be present with it.
These four are described as one continuous life, not four separate selves. What is noticed in each differs from person to person — and from one sitting to the next.

Breathwork
Inhale — All. Exhale — Love.
Breath is the one movement of the body that is both automatic and available to awareness. In Sekhem All-Love it is used gently: as a vehicle for presence, emotional movement and expanded states.

Patrick's story
A night in the Great Pyramid, and four decades of listening
In 1980 Patrick Zeigler spent a night inside the Great Pyramid of Giza. What happened there began an enquiry that led through Egypt, into Sufi practice and zikr, and eventually to the emergence of All-Love and the teaching of Sekhem.
Patrick is a teacher and a fellow practitioner, not a guru. Nothing here asks for devotion — only your own experience.

All-Love
Not a feeling to produce, but the ground everything appears in
All-Love is the name given to what many people meet in this work: an intimacy without an object, in which the sense of separation quietly loosens. It is described in many languages and traditions. Here, it is simply approached.
Come and see for yourself.
Sit for twenty minutes with a guided meditation, or join a gathering somewhere in the world. Either way, the invitation is the same: experience it directly.
